Farm Bureau leaders told energy and water managers from around the state how producers are adopting technology to become more water efficient.
Fresno County Farm Bureau board member Daniel Hartwig spoke to energy and water managers at the recent Southern California Edison Water Conference in Tulare. Farm Bureau representatives addressed what the agriculture industry is doing to help meet the challenges the state faces with water. Hartwig told attendees that he sees producers adopting technologies every day that make water use more efficient in all types of irrigation.
