Southern California has a growing problem with abandoned groves that can become breeding grounds for Asian citrus psyllids and HLB. ACP Statewide Coordinator Bob Atkins says drought isn’t the only reasons for abandonment and they are trying to work with growers. Taylor Hillman has the story.
