Recycled water programs might be facing a big problem in the near future as they are trying to expand. Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency Principal Engineer Bob Holden says while residents become more water efficient, waste water supplies are decreasing. Holden added that the technology can be modified to clean any type of water.
