Agriculture professionals and the general public from around the state are invited to learn more about food safety at the the Fresno Grizzlies Community Fund’s “Farm Forum” this week. The topic is “Produce Safety: How Safe is Our Food Supply”. Guest speakers are State Executive Director for the USDA Farm Service Agency, Val Dolcini, and Executive Director for the Center for Produce Safety at UC Davis, Bonnie Fernandez-Fenaroli.
The forum is part of the Fresno Grizzlies Community Fund’s Farm Grown program. The forum is Friday at 5 in the Cru Club at Grizzlies Stadium. Tickets to the forum include seats for the baseball game afterward.
