While the totals are not in yet, a large number of cattle may have been lost in last weekend’s snowstorms in South Dakota. This brings up the fact there is no disaster assistance in place right now for livestock producers anywhere in the nation, due to the fact we don’t have a farm bill. Randall Weiseman has more.
