The citrus industry is finding it hard to operate under increasing restrictions from the Department of Pesticide Regulations (DPR) and industry leaders are speaking out.

At the 2015 California Citrus Mutual Showcase, President Joel Nelson said the citrus industry is frustrated with increasing DPR regulations. Nelson said they are also frustrated with the timetable on newly developed tools that are taking too long to be cleared and released for in-field use.
