Mood elevation happens when seeing the fruits of your labor… especially when starting those plants,whether they are fruits, veggies or flowers, from seedlings.
Another thing that will make us feel good is the Vitamin D we soak up from the sun while being outdoors.
Not only the sunshine but the fresh air from the many things in bloom.
Gardens also give many a sense of relaxation and mental stimulation. They encourage and ground us, smooth us and keep us healthy. It can also be a great way to get the whole family involved.
