This interview is with an Indonesian woman in Hong Kong. It was an amazing opportunity to talk to the Agriculture supporters outside of the United States. A woman named Annisa is in this interview, which was done in Hong Kong last month.
We sat down with her and asked her a few questions about what looked to be a farmers market right in the middle of downtown Hong Kong. They were celebrating an Indonesian Farmers Market. They come every Sunday to share and sell their Indonesian food. She says that it is one of the few places to get their culture’s food because it isn’t sold in Hong Kong.
This interview showed how every single culture in the world relies on agriculture.
