2 T Arbosana Olive Oil
8 oz Soba Noodles
1 T Garlic minced
1 t chopped green onions
3 T Lemon Juice
2 T Mirin
Sticky Rice
Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 T brown sugar
1 t crushed chili pepper
¼ t fish sauce
