USDA/NASS reports sales of the 2013-2014 United States mushroom crop totaled 900 million pounds, up 1 percent from last season. Value of sales for the 2013-2014 United States mushroom crop is $1.12 billion, up 1 percent from the previous season. The number of growers, at 348, is up 44 from last season. The average price is $1.24 per pound, the same as a year ago.
