February is American Heart Month, and the California Walnut Board is helping consumers celebrate heart health. Walnuts are certified by the American Heart Association’s Heart-Check program due to their good-fats content. California Walnut Board’s Marketing Director, Domestic PR, Jennifer Olmstead said two they are using ‘The Power of 3’ campaign and in-store visuals to spread the word about walnut heart benefits.
