Water Situation Forcing Farmers’ Hands
Tulare County farmer Jerry Silva says he hasn’t grown beans for many years, opting for the crop this year due to several of his wells barely pumping water. Silva has also had to change his watering operations, adding another challenge in managing growth within a crop.
