Thousands of people poured into the Fresno Convention Center for the third annual Fresno Food Expo. With everything from pistachios, to meat, to milk, to wine, it featured about a hundred booths of all kinds of foods and beverages grown, ranched, crushed and produced in the San Joaquin valley. Not only a chance for the public to learn about the products, it was an opportunity for the producers to meet new buyers. Next year’s food expo is already scheduled. It will be held in July, to accommodate more of the valley’s fresh produce.
