The National Resource Conservation Service produced a report with data collected by the National Water and Climate Center’s weekly report. The report showed California was drenched by a storm that brought rain and snow up and down the state.
The rain helped to fill reservoirs across the state putting some water levels at or above the historic average. The storm also brought feet of snow, heavy winds, and mudslides.
