Peanut prices received by farmers for all farmer stock peanuts averaged 23.9 cents per pound for the week ending May 17, up 0.3 cent from the previous week. Marketings of all farmer stock peanuts for the week ending May 17 totaled 816 million pounds, up 510 million pounds from the previous week.
Runner-type peanut prices averaged 22.9 cents per pound for the week ending May 17, down 0.1 cent from the previous week. Marketings of runner-type
peanuts were 654 million pounds, up 377 million pounds from the previous week.
