A dairy in the Central Valley is looking to dial in a drip irrigation system on their feed crops while still using lagoon water.
De Jager Farms in Chowchilla is experimenting with an efficient irrigation system for several reasons. Ray says they’re close to dialing in their system to work reliably without any hiccups, and the last several years have showed great water savings and increased yields.
