Experts say the California wine industry needs to ramp up production of quality wines, and there are some areas of the state that are primed to do so.
Increasing Production of Quality Wines
Reports showed California wine markets last year were stale. At the Unified Grape Symposium earlier this month, Allied Grape Growers Vice President of Operations Jeff Bitter said some of the state’s wine makers and growers need to focus on quality wine production. Bitter said he feels several areas are primed to do so.
