Researchers are stressing the importance of knowing your soil before planting any crop. UC Davis Researcher Kevin Fort says with nematode problems in wine grapes it’s especially imperative for those producers. Fort said it’s worth getting the exact product you need for the soil, even if it means missing the planting window.
