It’s for a milk price hearing at the California Department of Food and Agriculture. The meeting is scheduled for Friday the 21st at 7 am, at the Department Auditorium. Milk prices have been a hot topic in California this year, as a record number of dairies have gone bankrupt. It’s the result of issues such as lower-than-average payment for Class 4B milk and higher-than-ever feed costs. Agnet West first told you about the hearing when it was announced earlier this month.
