Some antibiotics used to fight fire blight will no longer be available for growers next season. University of California Cooperative Extension Farm Advisor Rachel Elkins says a collaboration with researchers and professors has received a second round of funding to find organic cures for the disease. However Elkins says they are researching outside of those boundaries.
