Growers in the heart of California’s top citrus area are stuck in a holding pattern, as they wait for word on how the state plans to manage additional findings of Asian citrus psyllid. Tulare County Agriculture Commissioner, Marilyn Kinoshita, asks growers to help look for psyllids.
