Challenges and Opportunities For Pork Industry
National Pork Board CEO Chris Novak says that this a challenging time for pork production, however there are some new opportunities. Novak says that not only do they expect higher prices for pork, but the meat is leading other proteins when it comes to food service growth over the last two years.
