The California citrus industry has had one confirmed HLB infection but expects more to come. That puts the golden state at a different stage against the disease than others. Citrus Program Manager for the CDFA, Victoria Hornbaker, says grower and residential cooperation is crucial as they are the first set of eyes in avoiding the spread of HLB.
