This years recipient of the National Cotton Ginners Association Horace Hayden Ginner of the Year Award goes to California’s own Kirk Gilkey who is the Manager of the Cross Creek II Gin in Corcoran. Gilkey has been a longtime member the NCGA and over the years has served the cotton industry as a ginner, board member, chairman and advocate.
