The blossom trail is a celebration of Central California agriculture and the main event is an unguided tour through the beautiful springtime blooms of Fresno County orchards. Several other events celebrate the Blossom Trail and the area’s agricultural base, with wine tastings, trail runs and bike rides, festivals, musical events and more. It all kicks off today in the Fresno County town of Sanger, with the official opening ceremonies.
Since it is still a little early in the season, the trees are still without blossoms, but organizers and growers say in just a couple of weeks, the trail will be popping with color. You can get a trail map and see pictures from years past at the Blossom Trail website. Click here.
