Wells Drying Up In Tulare County
A recent Office of Emergency Services meeting in Tulare County focused on residents without water because their wells had run dry. Tulare County Ag Commissioner Marilyn Kinoshita says the meetings focus on the major needs of the county and those needs are only getting worse. Tulare County is working on putting together funding for those desperately in need.
