Tulare County currently holds the title of leading ag producer in the state, since Fresno County just released a drop for its 2013 crop report. This is the third consecutive year Tulare County producers have had record-breaking values. Tulare County Agriculture Commissioner Marilyn Kinoshita spoke with AgNet West about the reports, and says it has been a while since they held the top spot.
