The CDFA has announced that movement of all citrus or host plant material will be restricted in an area up to 5-miles around each of three separate Asian Citrus Psyillid finds. Those are in Tulare traps located in Lindsay, Strathmore and Terra Bella. The restriction prohibits the movement of nursery stock out of the zones unless it has been grown in approved pest resistant structures. Citrus fruit must be free of stems and leaves before moving out of the restricted area, if it is not commercially packed inside that area.
