Experts are seeing a two-year decline in glassy winged sharpshooter populations.

A Central Valley grape symposium showed a steady decline in glassy winged sharpshooter reports. Fresno County Deputy Agriculture Commissioner Fred Rinder says the state has been vigilant in treating for the pest, however, a few other factors are also playing a big part.
