A second case of the citrus disease called huanglongbing (HLB) was confirmed in California on July 10, and routine psyllid surveying led to the detection.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture confirmed a positive HLB test last Friday in Los Angeles. California Citrus Mutual Director of Public Affairs Alyssa Houtby says routine psyllid surveying pointed out the infection.
