Pistachio Industry Preparing for Large Crops
A majority of pistachio growers are well aware of the low production seen this year across the state. American Pistachio Growers President Richard Matoian says the industry is set for some huge crop numbers based on new plantings and a possible weather change. Matoian says they continue to focus on that future, and market for producers based on those projections.
