The Greater, Mid and East Kaweah Groundwater Sustainability Agencies are partnering on a project to collect groundwater data in Tulare County. The project will use low flying helicopters and other technology to take an ultrasound-like picture of the groundwater basin. This data will improve the ways farmers comply with Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. Eric Osterling, General Manager for the Greater Kaweah GSA talk about the process of collecting data.
