From the Valley Food Safety Committee Website:

The Valley Food Safety Committee (VFSC) envisions a culture in which all responsible parties work harmoniously in sharing a common goal of providing safe food to all customers. It is our intention to be a driving force and corporate liaison between all interested parties to help ensure the valley is in the forefront of implementing complete, sustainable food safety programs. This mission will be accomplished through meetings, presentations, forums, food safety documentation, and open communication.
