The Sacramento Valley established this year’s biofix for navel orange worm extremely early, following the trend of an early season due to dry and warmer temperatures. Cooperative Extension Integrated Pest Management Advisor Emily Symmes says there are several reasons for the increased pest pressure, and the early season is becoming a trend.
