Dairy advisors and specialists have decided it’s time to have a California specific dairy conference and plan to launch the inaugural event next week.

Dairy Management Conference

California dairy experts got together and realized a need for a California dairy conference. University of California Davis Livestock Waste Management Specialist Deanne Meyer says a lot of research will be covered in the two-day conference.

Meyer says the idea of the 2016 Golden State Dairy Management Conference is to make all of the information relevant to California, with research and issues that matter to the state’s dairy industry. This will be the inaugural year for the event with hopes to repeat it every other year.
