Mark Hudson, USDA/National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), Washington, D.C., reported the December citrus forecast. Although Florida oranges dropped another 5 million boxes, there were no changes in the reported numbers for California. Hudson also reported the drop in the numbers was due to fruit drop.
