The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) has expanded the Huanglongbing (HLB) quarantine boundary in San Diego County’s Valley Center area due to the detection of two HLB-positive citrus trees. The infected trees were treated and removed to prevent the spread of the disease.
