In today’s California Kitchen, learn to cook amazing Triple Cooked Pork Belly with The Untamed Chef, Albert J. Hernandez. Here is what you will need:

1 Lb Pork Belly Cubed into 8 Pieces
House Ponzu
1 C Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 C Brown Sugar
2 T Chili Peppers
2 T Sesame Oil
2 Scallions
1 T Lime Zest
Vacuum Seal
Cook at 155°F for 2 Hours Sous Vide
Take out of bag and Roast for 3 Hours at 375°F in Convection Oven
Deep fry for 2 Mins till Crispy and top with Same House Ponzu
