Attendees were mainly water delivery operators and water managers, and breakout sessions revolved around those topics and technologies. Speakers addressed the many challenges the water infrastructure faces in the state and of course a lot of talk was focused around the legal side of the sustainable groundwater management act. Fresno County Farm Bureau Board Member Daniel Hartwig says it’s important to have agriculture represented at these events.
