Everett Griner talks about another opinion on weather changes in today’s Agri View.
It is kind of easy to understand why farmers are more observant of extreme weather patterns than most of us. They have more to lose.
Most of them are aware that the past 5 years have been the hottest on record. We have had more drought, floods and tornadoes than any half decade. But they don’t all agree that climate change is the reason.
Question. If it isn’t climate change, what is it?
Some of those that don’t accept climate change say it is the industrial revolution. So industrial revolution is causing the ice at both ends of the earth to melt? Sea levels to rise?
Well whatever is causing the weather changes say they will continue to exist.
Here is the point. Nothing will be impacted more by climate change than food production.
Think about that.
That’s Agri View for today. I’m Everett Griner.
