Felicia Marcus at Ag Council Meeting

Speaking at the Ag Council’s 96th Annual Meeting, Chair of the State Water Resources Control Board, Felicia Marcus says many people living in cities are not only disconnected from agriculture, but they also are disconnected from our water issues. She says they simply don’t know where their water comes from.

Marcus would not talk about current water rights or water delivery issues, stating that she’s not legally permitted to do so.
