Picking fruit was what agriculture was to Aidee Guzman as she grew up in Firebaugh, but the FARMS Leadership program showed her there was much more to the industry. Hands–on experiences led her to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Guzman says she felt the need to get back to exploring the sciences directly related to agriculture.
