Health and nutrition advisers have long told us that too much meat in our diet is a serious threat of cancer. To lower that personal risk, you need to eat more fruit and vegetables. But a new study done in Switzerland concludes that it doesn’t do any good to eat more fruits and vegetables unless you lower the consumption of meat.
It makes no mention of any specific meat, red meat, dark meat, pork and poultry, it’s just cancer. There are other dietary problems that can cause death. Reducing meat consumption is just like losing weight. It isn’t difficult, you just have to make up your mind to do it.
It’s like any addiction. It’s not hard to quit, it’s hard to make up your mind. It’s the cure that can’t be taught.
