Water Lost in Storm Runoff Substantial
The University of California Davis (UC Davis) project that is experimenting to see what crops can handle winter flooding is showing good results. UC Davis Integrated Hydrological Sciences Assistant Professor Helen Dahlke says a lot of storm water runoff is lost during winter months.
