Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Meetings Set In Clovis, Easton and Kerman

How the new Sustainable Groundwater Management Act is to be implemented and what the law is all about will be explained at three early November meetings.

To help growers and other Fresno County residents understand and prepare to deal with these issues, the Fresno Irrigation District will be hosting three public meetings. The meetings will be held at the following locations:

Clovis – Wednesday, November 4, in the Clovis City Council Chambers (1033 Fifth Street – Clovis)

Easton – Friday, November 6, at the Easton CPDES Hall (172 W Jefferson Avenue – Fresno)

Kerman – Tuesday, November 10, at the Kerman Community Center (15101 W Kearney Boulevard – Kerman)

 

Each meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.
