A farmer in Indiana will have to pay off his $84,000 debt to Monsanto. Sabrina Hill has more.

He owed the company the money for infringing its patent when he saved genetically-engineered seeds. The case went to the Supreme Court, which ruled against the farmer earlier this week. When using herbicide-resistant seeds from Monsanto, farmers sign a contract which states that they can not save seeds from the crop.
