An Ag Education program is showing high school students the diverse careers available in agriculture.
Program Increases Real-World Skills Focus
The Center for Land Based Learning has a program that AgNet West has reported on before. FARMS Leadership coordinator Claudia Sersland says the program has gained a lot of momentum over the last few years and local programs around the state are starting to expand. She says they’re shifting their focus slightly to show students early skills that could prove beneficial to both the student and companies down the road.
