We know our farmers can’t grow food without water and the low snowpack level is another problem on the water front. But it’s not just farmers who rely on that water. Cities and urban water managers along the Pacific Coast are worried about the lack of mountain snowpack so far this season, and in turn, a potential lack of water resources. Rod Bain reports.
