LicensingThis is a reminder to those due to renew their Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) license or certificate this year (surnames and business names starting with the letters A – L) that you need to submit address changes by June 15, 2016 to DPR. Address changes must be submitted in writing.

You can email the request to: LicenseMail@cdpr.ca.gov (do not reply to this listserve message).

Note that it is required by CA regulations that you immediately notify DPR of any changes to your license or certificate when they occur; including changes to your name, address, business organization, qualified person, bond, insurance, registered officers, or any other information included in the application. There is a $20 fee when a replacement or duplicate copy of a license or certificate is required or requested. You should not wait to renewal time to notify us of changes. Renewal packets will be mailed in August. DPR requests that you submit completed renewal applications to DPR no later than November 1, 2016 in order to be renewed by January 1, 2017. Note that for businesses that renew, the designated qualified applicator must be renewed first. If you prefer to have your license or certificate renewed in early December so that you can register with the County Agricultural Commissioner office prior to the New Year, please submit your application before October.
