California FFA held its 88th annual State Convention this year on April 21, 2016. Over 6,000 students from around California met for the State Convention, which lasted for four days.
This year’s theme was to “Electrify” FFA, and out of the many students who attended, Corryn La Rue got to interview three of them.
Emily Cockrum from Paso Robles FFA, is a freshman in high school, Gillian Umphenour from Atascadero FFA is a junior in high school, and Erica Bowles from the Nipomo FFA chapter is a junior as well.
